I think the "request for the code which IPCop requires" should have been
stated more like "request the protocol...". You are not asking he.net to
write IPCop code, but you do need to know what their DDNS service is
expecting. There are not that many DDNS protocols and most new services copy
one of the protocols already in existence so once you know which one they
use, you can "cut and paste" on IPCop to add he.net to the list.

You may even be able to use an existing entry if it has the server
name/address as a parameter or given the protocol details, you might get
some help from someone here.
