The port numbers have changed.  I don't remember to what, but the 
documentation will tell you. :-)

That's the 2 x VMs in a host option.  The host will need (at least) 2 x NICs - 
use 1 for Red & assign it to the IPCop VM.  Use the other for Green & also 
assign it to IPCop.  The host creates an internal network - assign this to 
Orange (DMZ) on IPCop.  Create your apache (or whatever) server in another VM 
& put that on the Orange (host's internal) network.

For SSH to your server, you'll need (initially) to use IPCop as a jump point 
(SSH to IPCop, and from there SSH to the server - you can use agent forwarding 
to make life easier), but ASAP do port forwarding from a Green port to the SSH 
port on your server.  ONLY USE CERTIFICATES FOR SSH after initial OS install.

Note: I haven't checked the using IPCop as a jump point, so this is 
theoretical and may not work.  e.g. I don't know if IPCop has SSH agent 
running & if it's necessary for the above.  Wiser birds are invited to 
comment. :-)

It has a web server, but: 1) you shouldn't change the software it's using 
unless you are an expert, and 2) it has most options disabled to make it 
safer. :-)

Don't be surprised if someone corrects what I've written - I'm a practitioner 
rather than an expert.  Fiddle until you get it right, then wipe all you've 
done and create again from clean using the notes you've kept -  you are 
keeping notes, aren't you.
