Backups

My apologies if this has been covered previously.

I have just setup a new IPCop box (old one still in use).  I did create 
a 'backup' of the old IPCop box, then imported that 'backup' into the 
new IPCop box.

Both are running IPCop 2.1.9, the same version of CopFilter, Guardian 
and Snort (all from the same locally saved install files).

After I performed the import, none of the firewall services are present 
on the new IPCop box, nor is my Snort code.

Is this common/expected behavior?  Do I need to manually re-create each 
firewall service?
