Responsibilities

Analyze, design and implement new and existing messaging security product based on business requirements and use case.
Perform unit and integration testing and write design documentation.
Participate in features development and technical problem solving using latest Java/J2EE/AJAX technology in a multi-tasking, rapid application development environment.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
3+ years of Java programming experience (core language: Java 1.4 or above).
Excellent knowledge of Web development, client-server programming.
Strong knowledge in human factor design.
Good experience using framework and libraries, including: Apache Struts 2 and above, Spring Framework, Hibernate, iBatis ORM.
Excellent knowledge of dynamic client side script (JavaScript, AJAX, DHTML, HTML, CSS).
Excellent J2EE knowledge in JDBC, Servlets, JSP, JAXP, JNDI, JavaMail, LDAP.
Strong in RDBMS (SQL DML and DDL).
Good knowledge in UNIX operating system.
Good knowledge of HTTP/HTTPs.
Strong in design patterns (GoF/J2EE).
Knowledge of IDE/Tools (Eclipse, MyEclipse, IntelliJ IDEA).
At least one work project involving extensive use of AJAX technology.
Knowledge of development techniques in building web-based dynamic data driven graphical user interfaces using AJAX and XML frameworks.
Experience using JSON in AJAX programming.
Experience in event based JavaScript programming.  Understanding of asynchronous client/server communication.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience using other AJAX frameworks/tools/IDEs (ExtJS, Dojo, Prototype, DOM Inspectors, Traffic Sniffers, JavaScript debuggers).
Familiarity with various Web remoting techniques, programming techniques for DOM Manipulation, Web Page Performance Optimization, cross browser widget development is highly desirable.
Knowledge of protocols, including: TCP/IP, RMI/IIOP, SMTP, MIME.
