Position:       Application Security Architect
Location:       Columbia, Washington, United States
Type:           Contract

Closing Date:   2008-10-18

BHO Financial Services has an opening for a Senior Application Security 
Architect that will drive the analysis, definition, and implementation of 
application security processes and technology.  This position will be 
responsible for designing processes, procedures, and technical implementation 
of application security solutions and provide security subject matter expertise 
within the BHO Financial Services Information Services department.  


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Required Process Competencies:
-Ability to lead projects and manage resources across multiple teams
-Detailed understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and 
the role of security within the SDLC
-Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. 
-Ability to train and mentor others on secure development best practices

Required Technical Competencies:
-Experience with Security Technology including Authentication, Data Encryption, 
Data Encryption, Public Key Infrastructure, and Secure Communication Protocols.
-Experience with Information Security Program Management
-Experience with Web and Application Server Security experience

Desired Skills 
The following skills are desired, but not required:
-Completion of at least one industry recognized information security 
certification is required. (Examples include: Certified Information Security 
Systems Professional certification (CISSP), Global Information Assurance 
Certification (GIAC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified 
Information Security Manager (CISM), etc.)
-Windows Security, LDAP, ADSI 
-Experience with Microsoft ASP and ASP.NET
-Experience in Visual Basic AND C# 
-Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
-Experience with Microsoft BizTalk
