- Develop and maintain high performance back-end systems and web applicat=

- Maintain and design efficient, scalable, and robust database systems. =0D

- Provide analysis of available data and work closely with research team =

- Optimize back-end code libraries and databases=0D

- Proven knowledge of software development practices=0D

- Advanced to Expert experience with Perl=0D
=0D
- Advanced experience with UNIX server administration (Ubuntu)=0D

- Advanced experience with Object Oriented JavaScript=0D

- Advanced experience with SQL/MySQL (large data sets)=0D

- Excellent problem solving skills=0D
=0D
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities=0D
=0D
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines=0D

- Strong written and verbal communication skills=0D

- Self-starter with experience working in a fast paced environment and wi=

Education and Experience:=0D

- Bachelors in Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience =0D

- Knowledge of software development practices and methodologies=0D

- Strong Knowledge of PERL=0D

- Extensive experience in database design/administration experience prefe=
rably in mysql,=0D
 =0D
- Familiarity with multi-terabyte database schemes=0D
=0D
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux and windows operating systems.=0D
=0D
- Familiarity with web programming using JavaScript and AJAX/JSON=0D
=0D
- Familiarity with memcached would be a plus=0D
=0D
- Familiarity with C/C++ would be a plus=0D
=0D
- Familiarity with distributed databases would be a plus=20
