 Analyst in our West Des Moines Corporate office.=0D

 * The analyst will be responsible for assisting in the development, impl=
ementation, and maintenance of an information security program to protect=
 the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of GeoLearning’s i=
nformation and system infrastructure. =0D
=0D
* Assists in the development, implementation, and administration of infor=
mation security policies, standards, procedures, baselines, and guideline=
s.=0D
=0D
* Provides assessment of computer systems, networks, and applications and=
 recommends appropriate controls to mitigate risks. =0D
=0D
* Conducts selected tests of information security controls. =0D
=0D
* Assists in the development and execution of effective security awarenes=
s programs. =0D
=0D
* Participates as a member of incident response team, providing pertinent=
 security information and input to strategic and tactical planning to tra=
nslate security and business requirements into technical designs. =0D
=0D
* Evaluates information system bug reports, security exploit reports, and=
 other information security notices issued by information system vendors,=
 government agencies, universities, professional associations, and other =
organizations, and as needed makes recommendations to internal management=
 to take precautionary steps. =0D

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Experience: =0D
=0D
* Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, =
or Information Assurance. =0D
=0D
* 5 years experience with information security technologies, networking e=
quipment, TCP/IP protocols, and MS Windows operating systems, IDS impleme=
ntation and maintenance, and A/V implementation and maintenance. 5 years =
experience implementing ISO 17799 and NIST 800-53 control objectives. Exp=
erience implementing and maintaining an organizational security training =
and awareness program. =0D
=0D
* Prefer 3 years experience with Windows 2003 active directory, Unix, sec=
urity/hacking tools, antivirus software administration, risk assessment s=
oftware, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, Cisco IOS, ASP.NET, Java=
, MySQL. Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), Certified Inf=
ormation Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information =
Systems Auditor (CISA) is a plus. =0D

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills are ne=
eded. This position will be expected to obtain and clear OPM BI Medium Le=
vel clearance. Per Government regulations, US Citizenship is required. =0D
