-Must possess a thorough understanding of Red Hat Linux operating system =
including installation and troubleshooting. =0D
-Should have experience automating systems tasks such as cron and other o=
pen source tools. =0D
-Experience managing medium or large Linux deployments=0D
-Knowledge or working experience with Global File System (GFS)=0D
-Should be highly skilled in writing shell scripts and have a working kno=
wledge of Python, and PHP. =0D
-Knowledge Bash and Perl is a must. =0D
-Must be able to adapt quickly to complex computing environments. =0D
-Should possess a fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts=
. =0D
-Should possess a fundamental understanding of storage management: RAID, =
volume managers, etc. =0D
-A basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL is required. =0D
-Experience with system monitoring and tuning concepts and tools (iostat,=
 tcpdump, nettop, snmp etc) =0D
- Knowledge of Linux Cluster environments is desirable =0D
=0D
