This role requires you to manage the System Security Team to perform duti=
es relating to protection of the company and embed good security practice=
s throughout all aspects of the business. The environment is fast-paced a=
nd includes state-of-the-art functionality requiring a quick mind to unde=
rstand and implement new concepts in a dynamic workplace.=0D
Key Responsibilities / Duties:=0D
Proactively manage and support the efforts to improve, maintain and enhan=
ce systems security within all the facilities to ensure high availability=
 24/7=0D
Recommend solutions, review, architect security and signatory duties on a=
cceptance of enterprise and local integration or implementation initiativ=
es=0D
Troubleshoot and support network security devices and applications, e.g.,=
 IDS, DDoS protection, VoIP, Firewalls and encryption solutions=0D
Manage security assessments, penetration testing and compliance programs=0D
Provide security support for advanced OS Security (Windows /UNIX /LINUX /=
Solaris)=0D
Monitor, investigate and respond to security events and alerts=0D
Manage security incidents to include preparation, response, identificatio=
n, containment, investigation, eradication, recovery, track status, follo=
w-up, lessons learned, documentation, preventive or corrective actions=0D
Assess internal IT infrastructure and services to ensure that they are co=
mpliant with the policies and procedures=0D
Applying security framework principles and compliance requirements in the=
 enterprise infrastructure=0D
Perform Risk Assessments and security reviews=0D
Provide support (outside of normal work hours) to the business=0D
Conduct on-the-job training to staff as necessary=0D
Promote best practice information security with key business stakeholders=
=0D

Thorough knowledge and experience of UNIX, LINUX and Microsoft security i=
n large environments, ideally global=0D
Knowledge and experience of the ten Common Body of Knowledge (CBK) domain=
s of Security=0D
Professional technical writing ability for policy development and documen=
tation needs=0D
High level of initiative, creativity and motivation=0D
Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills=0D
Incident response management experience =0D
Netscaler, CDN and load balancing technologies=0D
Scripting and automation skills=0D
Ability to apply standard risk management principles=0D
Flexible and personally motivated to succeed=0D
Experience within the gambling and gaming / IT / service / high transacti=
on volume / financial services industries=0D
Desirable=0D
A minimum of two years enterprise security practical experience=0D
Knowledge of CISCO devices, routers, VPNs, etc=0D
Ability to use PL/SQL and extract information efficiently from the datawa=
rehouse and production databases=0D
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE,RHCSS=0D
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (ISC2)=0D
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)=0D
SANS GIAC=0D
ISO 27001 and/or PCI DSS experience=0D
Experience using products/vendors like Tripwire, SourceFire, RSA, Cisco, =
Imperva, Checkpoint, to name a few=0D
Travel=0D
With offices in London, Stevenage, Malta, Italy, Australia, Romania and I=
reland and consequently a small element of travel (less than 10%) is nece=
ssary.=0D
