cygwin diffs for 1.1.2 rc 6

hello folks

been working on cygwin support for 1.1.2 rc6 the diffs can be found at

http://www.networkpenetration.com/libnet-1.1.2rc6-cygwin-diffs.tar.gz

i presume that the library will work under mingw as it is compiled with 
-mno-cygwin but this is untested.

A few other points... there are still a few warnings that need cleaning up 
and don;t forget to use double \\ when specifiying an interface on the 
command line
