"Failed to create the npf service for win7, win8 and win10"

hello there

i cant install npcap on windows 7

"Failed to create the npf service for win7, win8 and win10"     how do i
solve this on windows 7?      I found this but it didnt solve my issue :

p.s.1  i need it to run in winpcap compatible mode.
