Browser URL on Double Click Patch

Hello passwordsafe Team,

I'm a big fan of passwordsafe, and I usually prefer to launch the
browser on double click of an item (if a URL is defined).

In the past I was implementing/merging this feature just for myself,
but others might find this feature useful as well. I submitied the
patches to the SF Patches area,

please consider merging this feture back in the main development line !
