Upgrade pwsafe to Visual Studio .Net 2003

Hi,

I've recently installed Visual Studio .Net 2003 on my machine.

I'll be upgrading the pwsafe project build files to work with this, instead
of Visual Studio C++  6. The last VC6 files will be tagged in CVS as such.
If anyone need the VC6 files to be maintained as well, let me know (you can
mail me directly, no need to flood the list with posts on this topic.).
