started work on 3.0, created V2x branch

Hi,

Over the last week or so, I've added SHA-256 and TwoFish implementations to
the corelib sub-project. Since this sub-project is a (static) library, the
pwsafe build remains unaffected (no calls to functions means that the code
isn't linked in).

Today I've created a branch, V2x, so that maintenance releases of 2.x can be
published while work on 3.0 can b checked in as well. 2.15 already has a
minor new feature and a couple of bugfixes, and I expect to release it in a
couple of weeks.

I'll be checking in 3.0 work into the main branch (HEAD) starting today. The
checked-in code will always compile, but I don't guarantee that it will be
functional.

Bottom line: If someone wants to fix a bug/add a feature to 2.x, best to
check-out and work on the V2x branch. The main branch (trunk?) will be for
3.0 work. In any case, best to drop me and/or the list a note if you're
planning to work on something.
