3.05 - internal changes

Hi,

In addition to the user-visible changes announced in the 3.05 release
announcement, here are some "under the hood" changes that might be of
interest to developers:

- pwsafe is now built using Microsoft's Visual Studio 2005. This means that
the runtime dll's have changed from *71* to *80*. I hope that this time the
transition will go smoothly...

- pwsafe is in the middle of being internationalized, that is, being *much*
easier for creating localized versions with dialogs and texts in languages
other than English.

- The replacement of registry access with a configuration file, the latter
being in XML format.
