Re: Announcing PasswordSafe 3.05

Hi Rony,

I'm not sure if you are going to have lots of users contacting you but
I can't get the latest 3.05 build of PasswordSafe to run on my WinXP
SP2 machine.  I originally tried the .ZIP file but when I run the
pwsafe.exe I get the "This application has failed to start because the
application configuration is incorrect.  Reinstalling the application
may fix this problem."

So at first I thought it might be because the new VS2005 DLLs were not
registered but if I use the 2.05 .exe version that installs the
software for either a "Regular" or  "Green" system I get the same
thing, the executable won't run.

I haven't been able to find a way to get it to run on my system at all.
