Czech translation

Hi everybody,

I noticed that there is a file for Czech translation of installer
(pwsafe_cz.lng), but it actually doesn't contain any translations. There
are also some missing translations in the app itself (pwsafe_cz.po). Since
I am native Czech speaker and people in my family use Password Safe
regularly and they don't understand English very well, I would like to
offer to add the missing translations.

So I would like to check if there are any objections.
