forgot password, how to recover?

I forgot my Password Safe 3.18 combination, but remember the last 2 parts of the word/number/word format I used.
Is there a way to recover my password?  I've found a link on Bruce Schneier's web site to an app, but the web site
doesn't exist any more.  The program is PasswordSafeCracker.zip.
