0.103.x going no downloads

Newbie Q.

Trying definitely determine if I'm dead in the water with RH7 and 0.103.11
as of Sep 14, 2025.

Will 0.103.x  will it still be able to use any  *.cvd files generated after
it's " NO MORE DOWNLOADS ALLOWED" date,
(per the EOL FAQ)

Or are the cvd files version specific and thus no cvd updates, from any
version, will work for 0.103.x at all after that date.
