Update failed - FreshClam was forbidden from downloading a database - Database update process failed: Forbidden; Blocked by CDN

Hi everyone,

I work in a IT School Service with more than a hundred sites with many 
servers (Ubuntu with ClamAv installed on FileServers)

Since last week we got these messages on all servers using ClamAV:

> |journalctl -xu clamav-freshclam.service
>
> |
> |Database update process failed: Forbidden; Blocked by CDN Update 
> failed FreshClam was forbidden from downloading a database|


We suspect that the previous parameter is too high in 
/etc/clamav/freshclam.conf:

# Number of database checks per day.
# Default: 12 (every two hours)
Checks 24

We'll set it below this value, but if it's blocked by CDN, should we 
just wait? Or demand to unblock our servers? If so who should we contact?
