Which version of ClamAV are you using?

If it's 1.0.3 or earlier, the problem is probably this:

and "Yesterday, Sep-30 2025, CDN rules were updated to enforce the end 
of life rules and block ClamAV 0.103 from signature updates."

(Don't blame me for this, I'm just a ClamAV user)
