Error: File corrupted, Sophie could not proceed. & Error: File was encrypted

Hello,

I got these 2 errors:
Error: File corrupted, Sophie could not proceed.
Error: File was encrypted

We use:

Sophos IDE version 3.79
Sophos engine version 2.18
Sophie version   : 3.03

Could anyone give me ideas to fix this.
