We had this once, but it hasn't re-occurred so I'm not entirely sure what happened (also under svscan). Unless it re-occurs, I can't really justify looking into it, but please contact the list is it happens again - it's definitely worth trying to collect information on this behaviour to see if we can fiure out what's causing it -- Matt S Trout Network Programmer Business Serve plc
