Sophie and BinHex encoding

I recently went to http://www.testvirus.org to test my virus scanner
system:  qmail 1.03, qmail-scanner 1.21, and sophie 3.04rc1.  5 out of
25 virus tests failed.  Here are two that failed that are specific to
sophie:

Test #5 - Eicar virus sent using BinHex encoding
Test #8 - Eicar virus sent using BinHex encoding within a MIME segment

These two tests reveal a problem with sophie scanning BinHex encoded
attachments.  In /etc/sophie.savi I do have:

   HqxDecompression: 1

I do realize that BinHex is a Mac encoding method but this could be one
that may be used in the future and I want to be proactive.  Any one have
any suggestions for this?
