sophie and kernel 2.6

I just upgraded my kernel to 2.6. I use qmailscanner 1.20 with sophie 3.02 and daemontools. [2004-03-21 22:09:40] NOTICE : Setting configuration options - please wait... (W32/Parite-B) i saw a long loop in the sophie log... then finally it always detect this virus when scanning a mail. even if I'm sending the mail from other machine with mailx ! Does this mean i have to return to my 2.4 kernel again ? Thank You.
