The DSL router - what brand is it, what type of interfaces does have?

Unless the DSL router has the ability to pass itself off as a T1, you
won't be able to use the WIC port, and you certainly can't use on the AUX
port either. Some of the Netopia's D series can pass themselves off as a
CSU/DSU, but it all depends on the model and stuff.

Ethernet is the most viable option.

Since you have two ethernet ports, you'll want to connect one of them to
the DSL router, the other to your network. Assign the public IP to the
ethernet interface going to the DSL router, and setup your network
interfaces appropriately behind the ethernet to the LAN.

If you want detailed instructions, contact me offlist and you can give me
an idea of your setup and what you want to do exactly, and we'll go from
there.
