Which command do I need

I'm trying to do something like 5858,5959,5555:localhost:5800,5900,5500.

 

In other words take incoming encrypted & authenticated port 5858 and
redirect it plain vanilla to port 5800 all on localhost

 

The only commands I found were serverport, redirect, and target, but none of
them seem to do the above.  There's probably a combination that I'm to
stupid to figure out.
