Newbie question

Hi all,

I have quite a newbie question.  Here's the scenario:

I want to stream video via UDP from one box to another.  What I want to 
do is send data from VLC to local port on one box, and have zebedee 
forward that data to another box.  Then have the other box receive the 
data, decrypt it and forward that to a local port on that box for VLC to 
receive the data there.

I think I have the first part figured out, and I believe I am sending 
the information correctly.  I am using this command client-side:

zebedee -u *IP address*

where IP address is the appropriate IPv4 destination for the other box. 
  I then use this command on the server box:

zebedee -s -u

which, as I read it should accept a request to redirect to whatever 
local port I tell VLC to listen on.  The problem is that it doesn't 
work.  What I would like to do is tell zebedee exactly what port to send 
to from the client side, and tell zebedee which port to receive on and 
which port to forward to on the server side.  What syntax will work for 
what I'm attempting?
