Zebedee Clients at Multiple Sites connecting to Zebedee Server at Main Office

I have multiple sites with Zebedee Clients that
connects to Zebedee Server running at Main Office.
Zebedee server is listening on port 3000. Each site
(each Zebedee client) create 4 tunnels to the server
and closes when this tunnels when the communication
needs are concluded.

I have noticed that many times, some client just hangs
with tunnel established. Could it be that multiple
sites trying to establish the tunnel at the same time
with the server? Anyone other than me has experienced
anything like this? How do we fix this?

Any ideas/suggestions?
