I do this at work with syslog. What you have to do is run you application and
tell it that host it needs to connect to is localhost. Then run zebedee with the
command "zebedee -U 514:192.168.2.13:514". What this command does it to tell
zebedee that it connection on udp port 514 has to be sent to the remote host and
then forward the traffic to port 514 on the destination host.
