Sure,

Set the listenip of the zebedee client to 127.0.0.2 - So your listener 
port will bind to a localhost IP, and won't conflict with any other 
listening ports on your "real" IP.

Just point your IAX client to 127.0.0.2 to connect to your asterisk!
