That message doesn't come from Zebedee, so it looks like SpeakFreely is
trying to listen on port 9874. Zebedee is already using that port (you told
it to with the "9874:IP:9032" expression). I suspect that as it is really
expecting to talk to a "remote" server on port 9874 it probably also wants
to listen on the same local port. I suggest you look through the
documentation or try the SpeakFreely mailing list for help on ways to
overcome this.
