Make sure when using Zebedee on a Windows box you disable the extremely
helpful hiding of file extensions .. I assumed I had already done so on the
box in question and didn't give it a second thought.

So Zebedee was looking for many iterations of clients.id, domain.ids,
clients.txt as I went through my troubleshooting, and what was actually on
my file system had an extra .txt appended to the end of each filename that I
couldn't see, thus Zebedee couldn't find the id file.

Argh!

Mark

Subject: Zebedee server not finding client id file ..

Has anyone had trouble with Zebedee finding the client id file on a Win2K
Professional machine?

On one of my Win2K boxes, for some reason Zebedee always reports that it
cannot find my client id file, though the error gives the exact path where
it is located. I have even thrown it in the root and pointed (in
server.zbd) at 'c:\clients.txt' but Zebedee gives me an error that it can't
find 'c:\clients.txt' .. And it's there.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Mark
