When installing s9y as shared installation, the SQLite
Database is put into the shared directory. It should be
the indiviidual directory (latest 1.0-dev)

Fixed in 1.1 trunk SVN. Since it might possibly break
SQLite, can't backport to 1.0, since shared installation is
more rare than the working individual install.
