Summary: Installation of one-time plugins possible

Initial Comment:
It is possible to install "One Time" Plugins (namely:
Versioning of Entries) with multiple windows/tabs.

Just click the install button several times and open
the url in different windows/tabs and press save.

Technically it's quite complicated to first query the list
of all installed plugins, fetch the properties, check the
stackable attribute and then compare it to the actual plugin
being installed, because it involves a lot of plugin loading.

I agree that it's the better way to do, but when using
serendipity in a tabbed environment to install plugins,
people should be aware of the independence of each tabbed
load of Serendipity. So I do not consider this to be a
critical bug, as the official interface where you install
plugins from indicates whether a plugin can be installed or
not. You can also easily delete duplicate plugins, so it
shouldn't break anything.

Displaying the installability of a plugin on the page where
a plugin is already proped is technically much easier,
that's the difference in the "workflow".

Bottom line: I'll fix it when I've got the time, but since
it's a boring task to do and involves some headache, I'll do
that once I have the time for it. Or someone else comes
along, of course. :-)
