Summary: no XMLNS declaration

Initial Comment:
there needs to be an xmlns declaration for each
namespace used in RSS feeds:

e.g.

xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/"

There is. All XMLNS are put into every RSS/XML dialect
version of the rss.php.

Please tell me the URL of your s9y blog and your s9y
version, if you are sure there's a bug. :)

Best regards,
Garvin
