Summary: "Insert Web Link" button not working

Initial Comment:
This is for version 1.0-beta1, the WYSIWYG mode of the
Edit Entries.  The "Insert Web Link" button doesn't
seem to work on (at least) Firefox 1.5.  I saw the
following Javascript error on the Javascript console:

Error: Dialog is not defined

Which language did you specify for the editor? This might be
a language/i18n problem...
