Suggestions from the Forums:

1. Only send mails about moderated items to people who
have the "adminComments" privilege, not authors per se.

2. Make the admin moderation interface be able to set
comments form "published" to "moderated" again.

3. put the comment moderation toolbars at top and bottom of
the form

4. Remember last view options in the cookie.

5. Media database: Put NEXT on TOP and BOTTOM.

6. Plugin manager: Put Save/Delete on TOP and BOTTOM.

I just came to the site to request #2.

It may also be useful to be able to adjust posting dates for
comments.
