Summary: "Upgrade all plugins" link

Initial Comment:
An "update all plugins" link would be a huge
time-saver, and people would be more likely to be using
the least buggy software. It's annoying to have to
look at the list of plugins and click on the red icons
- would be much easier to have some sort of loop in the
code that does it for you.

Same applies to the Manage Styles section: I would love to
be able to just update/download all styles at onces

The largest problem for that is that downloading files
through SourceForge.Net mirrors is often broken and slow and
not reliable. Especially if fetching multiple files.

This functionality would be great to have (and not hard to
code), but not reliable to use. For that we would need to
get more mirrors up and running, and think of a
sophisticated digital signing packaging system.

The most easy way for you to stay upgraded with plugins, is
to fetch your plugins via CVS. Then you can use "cvs update"
singularly to update all your plugins easily.
