Summary: Is it possible to post by email to a specific category?

Initial Comment:
Hello,

We've in mind to use the blog in order to keep a set of issues concerning to different themes, so it would be great the possibility to post to the blog by email choosing the category....

Even more, when one posts by email, this is saved as a new entry, is it possible to post a comment of one existing entry instead of a new entry?

And.....more and more.....using POPfetcher, we must define the POP3 user, but is it possible to mantain several POP3 users?

I would be very gratefully if you could oriented to all these questions.

Thanks and thanks and my best wishes,
Maria

Hi!

You can put the Category-name in the emails subject like "[mycategory]
your subject".

And no, the plugin does not support sending comments by email. This could
be added to the plugin by a developer, though.

AFAIK you can install the popfetcher plugin multiple times (if using
different external names), if you edit the plugin file and set
"$propbag->add('stackable',    false);" to "$propbag->add('stackable',
true);"...

HTH,
Garvin
