Initial Comment:
Since it's not possible for 2 people to edit the same thing at the same time, I'd like to see edit locking for a given item.  If one person is editing, they should have to save it before another person can open that same entry to also edit it.

The plugin "Rules for publishing" supports entry locking and is available
via Spartacus plugin or http://spartacus.s9y.org/.
