Summary: CAPCHA for all forms

Initial Comment:
I think that the subject says it all.

I'd like to see CAPCHA as an option for all forms including the user account creation.

Hi!

Could you make a list of all forms that you mean? The 'User
Self-Registration' Plugin you already mentioned, what others are there?

It will need each plugin to support the captchas. We could need help in
updating those plugins. :)
