bug in dap download

Hi dap bugs @ gnu


I downloaded the latest dap, dap-2.2.tar.gz,  from
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/dap and installed (./configure, make install) under
cygwin on W2K (tcsh.) 

Make install halted with a compiler error in ps.c: dap_free was being called
with the wrong signature. Comparison with other calls showed that the
dap_free calls in ps.c were missing a 2nd and last argument const char
*mesg, which I set to "" to match the other calls in the src directory
files. This fixed the install. Haven't tested running the package yet.
