bug in dap download

Thanks for the bug report. I fixed it, ran it through my test suite and it came out fine. I
can't
for the life of me figure out how those calls to dap_free got through my "make" on my machine.
The
corrected version -- which is exactly what you have now anyway -- should soon be available as
dap-2.2.1.tar.gz on gnu.org.
