Re: using macports, dap fails to compile on Lion due to redefined getline()

Hi Shad - Thanks for the report and offer to patch.

It would clearly be trivial to rename/rewrite to avoid the conflict and
make a new release, but dap is effectively unmaintained now.  Do you
have any interest in taking it on, at least as far as such fixes go?
There have been a few similar bug reports over the last few years.

P.S. I believe getline was used by dap (and many other programs) long
before POSIX (or whomever it was) decided to put it in the standards, in
all their wisdom :(.  Anyway.
