Problem With DAP 3.8 Signature

Hi,

Is there a problem with the signature used to verify the DAP 3.8 tar
file?

I can not find a keyserver that responds to a key request for the ID
(A7779EA7) associated with the signature. Hopefully this is just a
mistake on my part.

I had no problem with the previous version (dap-3.7.*).

Also using the file command I get the following output:

derek@test:~/Downloads$ file *
dap-3.7.tar.gz.sig: PGP signature
dap-3.8.tar.gz.sig: data
