Comment: Experiences with Dap (so far)

Hi,

In the past I used dap to process log file data, but this hardly made
use of its features. My motive was in part to use it as an educational
tool, as at the time I was required to learn 'the utterly famous,
industry standard statistics system with similar initials' :-)

At the moment I am exploring data and have included it in my tool bag
for this purpose. Its features and the way it can be combined with other
C code is useful to me.

BTW I tried to post this to dap-users, but it was rejected. If this gets
through I will assume we are on the one list.
