clip zip volume got changed

Hello,

There's a clip zip that was loaned out. Somehow the loanee switched
the volume around, so that audio that was suppose to come out of the
left channel plays out of the left and vice versa. Also the audio is
stronger left than right, not equal.

Help urgently needed and much appreciated.
