I am a Notes shop.  If I do Show Details on your email it will show me 
your email address.  So it's there.  It just get's dropped and not in the 
archives.  This stops the web crawlers.  You can also do this to get Al's 
email address.
Occasionally when I want to send someone an image I may BCC them directly 
on the email since the list strips off all attachments.  I use BCC since 
the list has an issue receiving email sent to multiple addresses.  The 
list doesn't see the BCC people.

ps:  I am the BPCS list administrator.
