Try adding CEADWL.EXE and CEAFRW.EXE on SYS600D2-02 for the user that is running FRW. That may resolve the authority issue. We have a client where the only person that was able to run FRW has left. We are trying to get the replacement authorized but get a message that 'You do NOT have a license to use this product'. It appears we need to somehow get the license from the employee that left to the new user.
